Minas helped me to get over some chronic injuries that have been hindering me in my sporting activities and everyday life. He used a combination of specific exercises and stretches, massage and nutrition to strengthen my legs and core and alleviate my injuries.

To be fair im really not one for the gym, but was recommended Soma fitness by a colleague from work. I'm quiet self concious in the gym , but was glad Stelios offered one to one training sessions and was really friendly to me.
